Mindful Living Workshop - Join us 14.06 for a self-care and well-being workshop at BWC in Brussels

This edition of the “Mindful Living” workshop will happen in the Brussels Women's Club in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, Brussels Region, and is open to members and non-members. Registration is possible only through the BWC website: https://brusselswomens.club/events/mindful-living-workshop/

When we juggle our various roles as women – mother, daughter, partner, friend, caretaker of an elderly parent or sibling, etc –we often end up ignoring our own needs. This often results in emotional imbalance or even emotional fatigue.

 

The truth is that if we don’t take care of ourselves, our loved ones will be impacted, too.

 

Join us for a practical well-being workshop during which we will:

  • define what self-care is and why we need it

  • talk through your different life situations that require attention

  • quiet our minds and calm our bodies during a 20-minute healing meditation

  • practice becoming aware of raising emotions and how to deal with them consciously

  • start developing personal well-being plans using various mindfulness and Eastern holistic healing techniques, like mindfulness, naturopathy, or self-healing

  • learn how to avoid emotional overwhelm and include step-by-step daily self-care

 

If there is enough interest, we can continue to practice together (as a group or during individual sessions) so that we can build and put into practice a daily personalized well-being routine.

 

All of this so you can live a more harmonious, healthier, happier lifestyle.

 

About your Workshop Facilitator:

Weronika Kontykiewicz-Biel is a Well-being Coach and Reiki Usui Healer with a great passion for the Far East idea of body-mind-soul harmony. Besides certification in Reiki Usui 1-2-3 by Mr Atsushi Kubo San from Shizen Japanese Holistic Healing and daily mindfulness practice, Wera has consistently built and maintained a mindful environment and lifestyle for herself, her family and her colleagues. What defines her is that she teaches how to be happier and live a healthier, more harmonious life, more honestly and with an open heart.
